Match Highlight - Lauren and Mr. Robert

Lauren and Robert first met in September 2023 through the Florida State University chapter. Their friendship began with a simple conversation in the main living room of Robert's assisted living facility and grew as they discovered shared interests. They spoke about Lauren’s classes, favorite movies, and their mutual love for FSU football!

Over time, solving various puzzles together became their favorite activity. One impressive puzzle they completed was an entire map of the United States! Every puzzle piece sparked a new conversation as they shared more about their summer plans, favorite places to visit, hobbies, and more everyday activities like shopping and doctor’s appointments. Occasionally, they even had another resident join them to solve the puzzles, making their puzzle afternoons a community activity!

Their friendship blossomed over many afternoons spent talking, solving puzzles, laughing about football, and catching up on life. We are grateful that Perfect Pair played a small role in bringing Lauren and Robert together and are excited to see their friendship continue to grow and flourish!
