The DEI Director will work with the National Team at Perfect Pair to develop and execute a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with Perfect Pair's values. The director will drive initiatives that promote inclusivity, and address issues related to discrimination, harassment, and bias. They will also oversee the Pairs with Pride team, and manage program development.
The Director of Community Engagement - Outreach & Fundraising will lead community outreach and build partnerships to expand Perfect Pair’s reach and visibility
Spearhead national fundraising efforts, including the Givebutter campaign and seasonal initiatives
Design creative campaigns and donor engagement strategies through events, storytelling, and incentives.
The Director of Community Engagement - Grants will lead the grants team in identifying, writing, and submitting applications.
Proactively source new funding opportunities through databases, networks, and partnerships.
Manage grant timelines, workflows, and review processes to ensure high-quality submissions and
collaborate with leadership on funding priorities.
The Alumni Coordinator will help create and lead our alumni engagement efforts as the organization continues to grow. In this newly developed role, you’ll design systems to track, connect, and re-engage past volunteers, ensuring alumni remain an active and meaningful part of the Perfect Pair community. We’re seeking a creative, innovative, and self-motivated individual who is passionate about relationship-building, nonprofit growth, and sustaining long-term impact. Working closely with the National Team, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening Perfect Pair’s network and legacy.
The Grants Coordinator will support the development and submission of corporate and local grant applications by researching funding opportunities, drafting proposals, and coordinating required materials and deadlines with internal teams. Collaborate on editing grant applications and helps identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with corporate partners.
The Chapter Operations Coordinator supports the Director of Chapters with administrative tasks and chapter-facing operations, including maintaining records, coordinating logistics, and assisting with onboarding and leadership transitions. Serves as a flexible, cross-regional resource by stepping in to support or coach chapters as needed and helping ensure consistency across the chapter network.
The Chapter Regional Coach manages and supports a regional cohort of chapters by serving as their primary point of contact, leading regular coaching meetings, and ensuring operations like programming, recruitment, and fundraising run smoothly. Provides individualized support and troubleshooting, connects chapters with the national team, and helps set goals while celebrating progress and growth.
The Data Coordinator supports the Director of Operations on key data and evaluation initiatives, including coordinating national program surveys and collecting Annual Report information from chapters. Assists with maintaining and organizing data systems, including backloading historical data into the volunteer management platform.
The Pairs with Pride Coordinator helps lead and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Pairs with Pride program across multiple sites, serving as a primary point of contact for site leads and community partners. Supports pair matching, programming, recruitment, and data tracking to ensure strong engagement and growth across all locations.
Grants Intern: This role provides the opportunity to build strong writing, research, and project management skills while giving real and important support to our organization.
Social Media Intern: This role is focused on day-to-day social media execution and content creation, helping bring Perfect Pair’s brand voice to life across platforms. This role is ideal for a creative, trend-aware intern who enjoys hands-on content production and real-time engagement.
Marketing Intern: This role will support larger-scale brand initiatives focused on visibility, partnerships, and outreach beyond day-to-day social media. This role is ideal for an intern interested in strategic marketing, campaign planning, and gaining exposure across print, local, and national media.
