Meet Rachel Alessio

Co-Founder, Perfect Pair

​

Rachel Alessio is a current medical student at Washington University in St. Louis and has been with Perfect Pair since its founding in 2020. She is a food, hike, and craft enthusiast who enjoys spending as much quality time as possible with loved ones in the midst of pursuing a career in neurosurgery. At Perfect Pair, she has worn many hats, including Co-Founder, Vice Executive Director, and Director of Resource Development. In her various positions, she helped build the foundation for the organization to grow, she led the initiative to launch Perfect Pair's online Training Modules for volunteers and worked tirelessly to make sure resources are available to chapters to streamline behind-the-scenes operations. We are so lucky to have Rachel now serve on our Advisory Team with her impressive background and commitment to the organization.
