Meet Juliet Holt Klinger

Juliet Holt Klinger, serves as Gerontologist and the Senior Director of Dementia Care and Programs for Brookdale Senior Living. She has specialized in designing and promoting person-centered programs for people living with dementia for more than 35 years. As an educator and innovator she has developed and operated programs for national companies representing both skilled nursing and assisted living levels of dementia care. In her role for Brookdale, she consults on strategy development and planning for Brookdale’s programs and product line innovations as well as serves as the subject matter expert in dementia care. Juliet is a longtime advocate for person centered care and has served as a board member of the Pioneer Network—an organization devoted to promotion of person centered care and changing the perception of aging. Juliet is a frequent presenter on issues related to technology, innovation, and dementia care at national conferences.
